Sociolinguistics Circle 2018

The Sociolinguistics Circle is an annual one-day conference that aims at bringing together students and researchers of language variation, sociolinguistics and social dynamics of language with a connection to the Low Countries.

The first of these conferences was hosted by the University of Groningen in March 2014. The next, fifth edition will be hosted by the chair Languageculture in Limburg of Maastricht University, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, and will take place on April 6, 2018. For this fifth edition, we also invite BA and MA students to submit their work for (poster) presentation.
